SALES TERMS AND SERVICE AGREEMENT

For Psychological Kinesiology Balances and Energy Healing Services by Alejandra Orozco and for the contents of the Site www.alejaorozco.com

SCOPE OF AGREEMENT

This Sales Terms & Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the provision of Psychological Kinesiology “PSYCH-K®” Balances or energy healing services (“Services”) provided by Alejandra Orozco (“Facilitator”) The individual seeking to access such Services shall hereinafter be referred to as “Client” or “Partner”.

This Sales Terms and Service Agreement also governs the provision of accessing the contents from the Site www.alejaorozco.com.

DISCLAIMER

The Client or Partner acknowledges and understands that the Facilitator, Alejandra Orozco, is NOT a medically trained professional, psychologist, psychiatrist, nutritionist, or registered dietitian. The Services provided by the Facilitator are based on the tools of Psychological Kinesiology, Reiki and a form of intuitive reading, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Client is advised to consult with a healthcare professional for any physical or mental health related issue.

The information, including but not limited to, text, graphics, video, images and other material, contained on www.alejaorozco.com, “The Site” is for educational purposes only. The content is not intended in any way as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Regardless of your current state of health, always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health care provider with any questions you may have regarding your current health condition, a medical condition or treatment, and before undertaking a new health care regimen. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it when you feel you need it.

By using The Site, you expressly accept and agree to be bound and abide by the Terms of this Agreement and The Site’s Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to be bound by the Terms of Sales and Service Agreement, you may not access or use The Site.

TREATMENT

Services offered by the Facilitator involve PSYCH-K®” Balances, Reiki treatments and interpretive readings based on intuition and do not offer any guaranteed outcomes. The Client or Partner is entirely responsible for how they interpret, apply, or utilize any information received during the session.

REFUND POLICY

Due to limitations of time, the type and nature of the services and the personalized character of the Services, the Facilitator maintains a strict NO REFUND policy for Short Sessions. Once the Client schedules an appointment, He/She agrees to this NO REFUND policy. No refund will be provided for cancellations of Short Sessions.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Information shared during the sessions will be kept confidential unless there is a legal obligation to disclose it.

SEVERABILITY

If any term or provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, it will not affect the other terms or provisions of this Agreement.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT

Alejandra Orozco reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement at any time, and will post notice of material changes in its sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately upon posting and apply to all access to and use of The Site and Services thereafter.

APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state and jurisdiction in which the Facilitator operates.

By booking and purchasing Services from Alejandra Orozco, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. It is advised that the Client reviews this Agreement carefully and consult with a legal professional if they have any queries or reservations prior to agreement.

I (Alejandra Orozco) am not a medical or health professional and I make no claims in this regard. The Balances and Reiki that I offer are based on alternative healing methods and specifically on energy healing techniques. The information I provide during a session is given with the best of intentions, however, I cannot take responsibility for any illness that occurs as a result of a person not seeking medical advice from a qualified physician. The information I provide is derived from the intuitive guidance received during each session and does not constitute medical advice. It is always recommended to seek medical advice from a qualified physician for any serious illness. REFUND AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

SHORT SESSIONS

Please consider the timing of your session carefully before confirming your booking. There are no refunds for canceled Short Sessions. Your consideration for others in ensuring that you arrive on time and keep your scheduled session would be greatly appreciated. You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the appointment through the appointment confirmation email you received.

You are free to give or offer your session to someone else.

FULL SESSION

Before confirming your Full Session appointment, please carefully consider the timing of your session. If you cancel your Full Session appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you may request a refund. Refunds are processed manually, so please send an email to info@alejaorozco.com to request a refund. Please note that all transactions are processed through PayPal and there is a 10% processing fee for all refunds. The processing fees charged by PayPal are not refundable as they are not received by Alejandra.

Your consideration for others in ensuring that you arrive on time and keep your scheduled session would be greatly appreciated. You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the appointment through the appointment confirmation email you received. Please note, however, that I have a limited amount of time to conduct PSYCH-K® sessions, and sometimes people have to wait to have a session with me.
